Dear Cousins and other family members,

 

First, if you see any glaring omissions from the list of recipients above, please forward this immediately.

 

Next, we are so excited for the reunion in just 7 weeks!  We will gather from Thursday July 19 through Sunday July 22.  A committee of dedicated family members have been burning the midnight oil working to plan the event- thanks to Nick, Keenie, Will, Daniel, Jenny, Todd, Lara, and Alicia.  

 

Now it is your turn!  

 

Here are the things that you need to do:

 

1. Complete this survey by June 16!  If you don’t, “No Reunion for You!” Or maybe just a ton of nagging, like multiple reminders per day. Seriously, we need exact numbers for ordering food, space, feats of strength teams, and the order of the group photo by age and height.  We are asking you to provide information for our 3-D family tree– this includes headshots! Make sure to find them before starting the survey.

    

   If you are receiving this email, please fill out the survey, or speak to your immediate family members and see if they have filled it out. We can filter multiple responses, but we can’t make up the responses, so getting at least one per family unit is vital.

    

2. This year we are asking everyone to order their own T-shirts and other wearables.  The turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, so order ASAP, but definitely no later than July 1!

 

In addition, we have created an Analostan Families website.  We are asking everyone to contribute content.  Roudy will send everyone an invitation that asks to register for Wix and the site so you can add stories, legends, photos, and/or artifacts!

 

We will be sending weekly updates/menacing messages to complete your tasks leading up to the reunion.  We will also have a detailed schedule– all hands on deck– in early July.
