Where did "The Museum" get its name?

Mammuv and her bridge partners would go antiquing during the day. They would pile all their finds into the museum- hence "The Museum."
What was the turkey walk?

There used to be more of a swamp in front of Todd and Annie's cottage. A downed tree with wood planks served as a bridge.

In the 1970s Will Cabell build a suspension bridge made from bamboo over the swamp-- no photos exist of it, but you can see a board nailed to a tree that held the suspension ropes.
How is Rosalie Coleman related to Felix Cabell?

The common ancestors are John Jay Coleman (1797-1869) and Kitty Walker Coleman (1800-1865). They are Mammuv's great-grandparents and Big Ran's great-great grandparents. This means that Rosalie and Felix are 6th cousins!!
Have you heard about the blue ghost?
Legend (via boyhood friend Roger Crane) has it that a blue ghost lives at the corner of High Haith and Anton roads. The ghost might be Will-o'-the-Wisps. These are explained by modern science as micro-lightning from methane bubbles. If you are ever driving home that way at night, keep an eye on the swamp!
